I booked this hotel for a visit with family in Reynosa. The hotel was in a good location. Rooms were very nice. Above Average compared to other hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed in a lot for work. The staff was very friendly, as we had 16 of us in 4 rooms. I don't know how many... more

Not a bad little hotel. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Most of the FrontDesk spoke English. The only downside is in the restaurant the menu is all in Spanish. There is no English menus like in other Holiday Inn's. more

The hotel is in a pretty good location across from the mall. There are several fast food type places inside the mall and it's a great spot for lunch. The hotel restaurant is SLOW. The food is good but order room service if you want to move quickly. It only took about 20 minutes. I had to ask for extra... more

Just came back from a brief business visit to Reynosa. Here's my experiences of the place: OVERALL: Good clean hotel RECEPTION: Friendly service, perhaps not as fast as it could be. No problems, efficient. ROOM: Upon entering the room it was obvious that the air-con had been left off, the fridge was turned off too, perhaps to save on energy.... more
