This was our second visit to the Palladium and it was better than last year! We arrived at 3:30 am along with about 90 other guests on a charter. Our check in service was quick and hassle free. Our porter took us to building #3 which had been renovated three months ago. It was a standard room but it was... more

This is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst vacation experience I have ever had. From the mix up in room reservations that took 2 and a half days to resolve, the unbelievably rude and disrepectful treatment we were subjected to by the front desk staff and the fact that seemingly every second person fell ill (including my wife... more

Because we had only ever stayed in Mexico in 5 star resorts, we had a few small disappointments. However, we certainly didn't pay a 5 star rate either! And really, the disappointments certainly weren't anything that could ruin our trip!!!! This resort has recently been taken over by Palladium. Building 3 is the only building that the renovations have been... more

We picked the Palladium because it was a little more remote from other PV resorts. This was our sixth time to PV, and the first to Palladium. It isn't a resort we would return to anytime soon. Check in was a breeze and our room was in building 1 with a terrific view of one pool and the ocean. The... more

Stayed Feb 13-20. To start I would like to say we had a spectacular time at the palladium vallarta but we are super laid back people there to have a good time and nothing was going to let us stop that. Speaking honestly though there are some issues with this resort. We stayed at the Sandos Caracol in the mayan... more

We stayed at the Palladium Vallarta Feb 6 to Feb 14. It was our first trip ever so we had no idea what to expect. Upon arrival the front desk personnel were very good to us and spoke English fairly well. We spent a lot of time in the adult pool as it was very close to our room. Our... more

Dont listen to the bad reviews. This place is amazing. It is clean. The food is good. Everyone is very friendly. There is definetly no need to upgrade. We were in room 1156 and it was hugh and clean. Always hot water in the shower. There is alot of walking in this resort, but not as much as everyone thinks.... more

We went to this resort with an open mind even after reading the reviews we had already booked. Buffet food same thing everyday for breakfast, with some leftovers from dinner thrown in. Lunch and dinner meat was tough veggies in cream sauces, sometime food looked unappetizing, lots of sauces which were not identified. La Terrazas restaurant by the pools light... more

We were at the hotel from Jan. 27 to Feb. 3. We had to move rooms three times. Finally they upgraded us to the rRoyal Suites, only because there were no more rooms left in the stinky hotel. However, the suites are just as smelly. We had nothing but problems fromthe time we arrived. We didn't get the room we... more
