This can be a great place or the worst you have ever been too. It all depends on your luck. If you are lucky you will get a good room and get into the restaurants you wish, if unlucky you will get a bad room and have no luck getting into your choice of restaurants. The grounds are nice and... more

Had a fabulous stay for two weeks. Unfortunately, we did require the assistance of the medical staff due to illness. The doctors we had were wonderful and very helpful. We had to call Dr. Gomez at 2:30 in morning and she was still friendly and concerned. We were sent to the clinic in Punta Mita (at the Four Seasons) and... more

I had to leave this report for a week after getting back to give our time at the resort. Check in went quick, lots of bellboys to help getting the bags to the room even though it was 2:00 A.M. We were put in buiding #2 {I ask for building #1 } Rooms are starting to show some wear and... more

We were at the Palladium Jan.3l-Feb7, 2009. Going there thinking this was a 5 apple resort was misleading. Maybe a 2 or 3 apple based on the property. The food was average and the rooms were average. On checking our, we were accused of breaking a 4-cup glass coffe pot and they wanted $67.50 U.S. dollars or we would not... more

T&A from Ontario,Canada We stayed at the palladium from Jan24to Feb 2, 2009. We found that the rooms were decent and really clean. We were on the 3rd floor of building 2. We went on this trip with friends. One of the best things about this resort was the adult pool that looked over the beach and ocean, we watched... more

We have recently returned, from a one week stay, (Jan. 26th - Feb. 4th) at the Palladium Vallarta. We initially booked a superior suite with Signature Vacations and after reading the reviews here on TA decided to upgrade to the Royal Suites upon arrival at an additional cost of $90US per night. It was well worth the price as the... more

We have just returned to the snow after a week at this resort. We had a great time. Our room was in building #2 and we lucked out. It was quiet and had a nice view. We would suggest that the fridge would work better if it had more air circulation around it. Check your room on arrival. If anything... more

My wife and I recently spent two flawless weeks in the Royal Suites section. As a veteran of twenty or so all-inclusives throughout Mexico, Cuba and the Dominican, I want to stress the word 'flawless'. Perhaps it's because I'm in my mid 50s, but I'm looking for a resort that delivers well in all sorts of little (and big) ways... more

We stayed at the Palladium Vallarta from Jan 23rd to Jan 30th. We take a winter vacation on an annual basis, so we considered ourselves to have travelled quite a bit. We recognize that we did not pay a lot to stay at this resort, but nevertheless, this place was awful!!! Our flight through Signature Vacations arrived 14 hours late,... more

Just returned from the Palladium royal suites Feb. 7 and had 2 weeks of great weather. This resort is older but very well maintained. My wife and I are 58 and 60 years old and have been going to new 4& 5 star resorts in Mexico, Cuba etc. the last 17 years. The royal suites service and dining was great... more
