As the other reviewer outlined it, there is very little to do in San Felipe. It is nonetheless a charming little place and you can catch the wonderful ruins of Ek Balam on the way there or back. There actually are 3 or 4 restaurants on the mainstreet in town but they are not open after 5 PM on Sunday... more
