My friends and I have been going every year for the past five years, and recently went back for more of the same -- and again we were not disappointed in the least. The place books you for 7 days, plus the day you arrive. You get 6 days of fishing, all meals, snacks, and a lot of relaxation and good conversation with the other guests. The food is really great - and I love to eat! At breakfast, you can order basically anything you can think of, although their specialty is the huevos rancheros (of course, 7 hours on a flats boat without a real bathroom discourages me from that particular dish - I stick with an egg white omelet). You pack lunch yourself, from a wide selection put out that morning, and it is loaded by the staff onto your flats boat in an ice chest. When you return from fishing, you get a snack - the best are the hot, freshly made tortilla strips, salsa, or some fish and shrimp ceviche.
