Akumal has the better beach. Coba the best pool. The resort is very large, with a lot of pools and restaurants. The beach near the lagoon is amazing. There are no rocks. What a beautiful place. The food was better than resorts I have been to in Cuba. We had a wondeful trip. The hotel was very clean, the food was excellent! The staff very friendly. My only complaint was the bar hours...were Canadian and would have liked to continue drinking past 11pm with out going to the discoteque. Oh well, probably felt better the next day for it! more

We stayed at the Bahia Coba in April for a friends 50th birthday. The staff were amazing!! They were great at accomodating all 8 of us for ala cartes.
