My girlfriend and I went there for a diving experience, the hotel was expensive, noisy (the pool is in the middle of all the rooms) and the breakfast service was poor. Also, the personnel seemed no to care about the the clients there... Seems we will try another one the next time.

I find beautiful the place and service, America (the manager) was very nice and treat us very well all time, I hardly imagine another hotel with the same level of quality., I´m looking forward to visit next year again :)
