What a wonderful experience it was staying at Sin Duda Villas. Margo and Robert are two of the most warm and intelligent people we've had the pleasure knowing. Always made us feel welcome and at ease. Both great resources of information on the culture and environment. Whether you want the company of good conversation or to felt as if you're... More

Before we visited Sin Duda I had a policy about not traveling to the same place twice because life is too short and there's just too much to see. BUT we had such a wonderful time at SIn Duda in 2011 we decided to come back. It was just as relaxing and gorgeous as we remembered. We drove down from... More

My needs were a beach, books, and no need to move beyond the location for any musts. Arriving by a mix of bus and taxi (Margo gives excellent directions) and, my staples purchased for me as my timing coincided with their supply run, I showed up after a very long day of travel and ready to crash. But, before I... More

My husband Dave and I had quite an adventure traveling to Xcalak, which is exactly what we wanted! Margo provided perfect-to-a-tee instructions on how to get there, which we needed because it was pitch black when we arrived. When you turn off the main road, you drive through the lush biosphere. Sin Duda lies between the ocean and a lagoon... More

Our clean & lovely decorated room had a balcony facing the beach & that beautiful teal colored Caribbean ocean. We just had the screen door closed at night - going to sleep & waking to the sound of waves lapping on the shore & palms waving in the breeze. We stroked off 3 items on our bucket list:-snorkeling in the... More

I decided to go to Xcalak by myself to check it out before I would return with the family and was very fortunate to end up at Sin Duda. It is a long trip but definitely worth it. Margo and Robert really make you feel at home. I enjoyed hanging out with them and the other guests having Margo's great... More

The architecture and the ambience boasted uniquness and creativity. It was private and quiet and the owners Margo and Robert were so welcoming and such good company. Their lives are filled with volumes of stories and adventures. The area... More

It takes a little while to get to Sin Duda but the effort is well worth it. Miles of empty beach and coral heads inside the main reef to snorkel. Loads of fish and sea life. A quiet relaxing hideaway. Accomodations were exceptional with daily maid service. Load up with groceries at Tulum coming down and shop the local trucks... More

Been visiting Costa Maya for almost 20 years, and must admit that the "discovery" of Robert and Margo's wonderful Sin Duda villas has been one of the highlights of the overall experience. Their years of experience guarantees a Sin Duda visitor a fabulous, well-informed vacation that amplifies all that the Yucatan has to offer. Have enjoyed our stays with Margo... More

I traveled to Sin Duda in December 2012. I was traveling with a fishing companion. I stayed in a Main floor room that had wonderful native artwork. The rooms were unique and main kitchen was perfect for making meals and sharing large dinners with newly made friends. One night we had Toby of Toby's come over and make Lobster dinner... More
