Xcalak - 400 people (mas o menos) - is a fishing village that envelopes u in its slow pace and easy life. Tierra Maya is a short bike ride or 20 minute walk from the village. A must do thing in the hotel: take the kayak, paddle out, bind the kayak at the buoyant, swim with thousands of fishes and snorkelling around the big coral just in front of the hotel beach! The best experience in life! Worth all the price and efforts to come. And don't miss the nice Mexican food in the restaurant
