we won this stay for one night but although a very impressive buiding with lovely food in the restaurant it is sadly let down by snobby jumped up staff who look down on you and are not particularly helpfull .the rooms are overrated and i would gladly stay in other hotels given the choice .i would not reccommend this hotel... more
