We stayed at this hotel on 31st October for 1 night bed and breakfast have paid a little extra for a large room. On arrival, the hotel looked quite impressive but you immediately became aware that you are directly under the flight path of planes landing at Machester Airport. They are that low you can see the tread on the... more

The hotel has a good appearance when you arrive this was highlighted by an efficient and friendly check in process. Rooms are clean and well appointed with a most comfortable Sealey bed that easliy rivals a Marriott. The room was equiped with a Phillips LCD TV. The Verve restaurant is a friendly and welcoming place to dine with a choice... more

I was worried about the noise when I saw that there was a wedding party there at the time, but no need. I was give a room on the 2nd floor at the opposite end so heard nothing. Room was... more

It started as soon as I arrived and the front desk person couldn't get her computer to work to check me in. I left my bag in a back room, not for luggage storage as when I picked it up it had some strange ash or dust on the top? My room was quite large, had a red door. My... more

We visited the village hotel for a one night stay as part of a wedding group as the wedding was being held at the venue. The actual wedding went off without a hitch but with the food at reception being lovely and the drinks free flowing all day. The room the wedding was held in bright and airy and the... more
