This is a hotel from the seventees that has not had an update since! I was there on a busy night where the restraunt and bar were quite busy, obviously must have all been first time visitors, and there were only two poor girls and a chef running the whole operation! Four rooms reserved in advance and they "couldn't identify the booking" - dour receptionist suggested I may have booked the wrong hotel as there is one with same name seven miles away and people "outside the area" always get them mixed up. Politely pointed out I lived in Crewe for 3 years, so knew exactly which hotel I was booking!... more

Excellent Value for Money, Staff Friendly & Professional. Restaurant and meals excellent. The 2 day stay away with my wife was made perfect, nothing was to much trouble. Will definately return as its the best in the area more

Would definately recommend staying at this hotel. Lovely rooms, friendly staff and great food and a decent price. Not one thing heard from the railway (infact not only did I not hear the railyway I didn't even see it!) Perfect location for a visit to Keele Hall/University, would stay again. more
