The staff were disgustingly rude, especially the manager of the place and the headwaitress. I would not recommend this to ANYONE who wants to be respected as a customer with a degree of civility. Very dissapointed! more

We only regretably stayed one night but would have no hesitation staying at this hotel again. wonderful setting ,excellent rooms, great menu and a very willing and helpful staff.The hotel is easy to find and gives easy access to the surrounding area of Cheshire and to North Wales. more

Stayed in the manor suite when everything else in the areas was booked up. Was in the area for business. Room was lovely as has been recently redecorated. Food very average thouigh you get what you pay for as it was quite cheap. Personally I would stay again but would not eat. more
