I travelled with my partner to meet friends for a catchup and we spent the best part of the weekend in the Bear's Paw. The restaurant and bar areas are spacious but full of intimate nooks and corners that are the perfect setting for drinks with friends, family get-togethers or a cosy meal for two. This hotel has recently undergone a complete make over and the owners have done a really fantastic job. It's rustic, in keeping with the country pub style, but also very comfortable and cosy. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was great and the rooms luxurious. Gorgeous refurb. Really enjoyed my stay. more
