Just one night spent here, but could have happily stayed longer. Apart from the ideal location for South Lakes, the room was spotless and well-furnished, the en-suite shower room newly equipped and the breakfast very good after a good night's sleep. Friendly welcome, but not over-bearing and good value for money. Would happily stay again.

We booked 2 nights here for a wedding in an adjacent hotel. Mid-afternoon on the day of the wedding we returned to shower, change etc - NO HOT WATER. Stayed here for two nights with friends. The rooms are modern and light and the facilities are good. The owner was very nice and made a smashing Lakeland breakfast in the morning. Well located for all local lakes and activities and a 5 minute walk from the pub at the Swan Hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
