We have stayed several times over the years and it is still our favourite place even when compared to some Michelin star venues. We couldn't make this Christmas due to the birth of our first Grandson, but will visit again sometime soon. The only reason the hotel isn't 5* is they don't have 24hour reception....but who needs it! We stayed in a large family group over Christmas and enjoyed the food, accommodation and the hospitality.
