Wonderful! Country House Hotel...stayed in October 2009...fantastic place to stay,friendly and made very welcome by the proprietors Richard and Clare moore,the rooms and the atmosphere within the Hotel could not be better(when i was there they had a well known Guitarist staying for a few nights who played and entertained all the guests..( He was Fantastic!.. We stopped off here on our way to Inverness to break up the journey. The hotel is very darkly painted but this only adds to the atmosphere. Having no plans but to reach Scotland on 40 year old Lambretta Scooter from Bath same day March Bank Hotel was welcome sight.
