stayed here for 2 nights at end of Aug. A very warm welcome when we arrived, very impressed with our large, bright modern room with great view of the castle. Difficult to find nice B&B's like this that accept pets so we were fortunate enough to bring our german shepherd dog too. Make sure you can drag yourself out of... more

My partner and myself arrived at the b&b on the Saturday an hour earlier then we had told Alan and Jenny. There was no answer to the door so we went for a walk up Mam Tor. When we returned to the b&b Alan greeted us, he was very friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was on... more

We have stayed there several times over the last couple of years and we are always made very welcome. We have stayed in most of the rooms and they are always clean, warm and comfortable. They are very animal friendly so doggy visitors are always welcome. The views from every room are great and the atmosphere friendly and laid back.... more

I stay at the Four Seasons every month as I regularly work in the Peak Distrcit. I have stayed at a number of the other B 'n' B's in Castleton and can vouch that the Four Seasons is a cut above the rest (which is no mean feat). All of the rooms are clean, modern in decor and spacious, with... more

I stay at the Four Seasons regularly and Jenny and Alan are always happy to accommodate me. The rooms are spacious and decorated in a great modern style, with clean en-suite bathrooms with good showers. All the rooms are different so it never feels like you’re staying in a soulless hotel. The breakfasts are always welcome with generous portion sizes... more

A great location and very friendly welcome from the owners who were very helpful with suggestions for mountain biking routes and letting us wash the bikes down after a ride. Good quality, generous breakfast and decent coffee too! Nice and quiet at night so a good nights sleep and comfortable beds - good value and exactly what you want after... more

Great B&B with a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We had a lovely room that overlooked the hills surrounding Castleton - which were a bit snowy during our stay even in April! Breakfast was an absolute feast each morning and the owners, Alan and Jenny were happy to get up early for us as we wanted to get off on... more

Stayed in Four Seasons during a weekend in March 08. The house is on the town of Castleton with really nice view towards the castle and Mam Tor. The owners are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, with lots of space and modern decorated. Bathroom was also very clean and with nice wooden floor (no carpets etc). It... more

We visited for our wedding anniversary, but we had to take our dog with us. The dog was accomodated for with ease and more over was fussed over by the superb, friendly owners. The rooms are tasteful, contemporary and fresh and as such are a pleasure to stay in. This was our first visit to castleton and Alan and Jenny... more

Excellent bed and breakfast with lovely rooms that have excellent views. Ideal base for walking or mountain biking breaks. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts are excellent with everything from fruits and cereals to a ten item full english. Good location and an excellent Italian restaurant next door. more
