Nothing special, but not as bad as the other reviews make out. It was clean, the room was huge and clean, comfy bed. The staff were helpful and it's right in the centre of town. Not a luxury or exciting experience but if you need somewhere in the centre of Wellingborough then it's fine. more

What a shame this hotel is so tatty and shabby. Must have been lovely place 100 years ago - not that that is much consolation to those of us who wish to stay there today. Probably take 1 mill to sort out all its problems. Comfortable atmosphere. Staff helpful and pleasant. more
