When I booked this hotel, there was no indication that it wasn't finished yet. We had no hot water until the last morning of our 2 night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, however the owner abused me and suggested I leave when I complained about the lack of hot water. I had to calm him down because he was getting so aggressive, rather than him calming me down - the upset guest.

As an indication of them not being finished with the renovations, we didn't have light bulbs in the bedside lamps in our room.

There is no privacy chain on the door, and so the maid walked in on my husband whilst he was sick in bed - this is unacceptable from a privacy and security point of view. There isn't even a do not disturb sign to hang on the door.
