Dalby Manor Motor Inn is located on a fairly busy road. While it appeared to be clean, we had quite a problem with bugs here. From the moment I sat on the bed I felt like I was being bitten and I got very itchy. In the morning I had red circles (about 1cm in diameter) from bites all over my lower legs and on my arms. These were extremely itchy for over a week and the marks have yet to disappear three weeks later. I am not sure if the bugs were in the room, outside or both but I only felt bites while I was in the room. I have never had these type of bites before so am unsure what they are from.

Reception were friendly during booking and at check-in however appeared a bit put out when we rang them after arriving in our room to find the sliding door open and being unable to lock it. The man did come to the room however, and was able to lock the door after some manipulation and brute force.
