Very clean and very friendly. But - tiny "Queen" room, very very tiny bathroom, tiny TV. No hand towels. A couple of plates and minimal cuttlery would have been handy. 50's or so construction meant virtually no sound proofing from next door neighbours. A nearby business had what sounded like a loud compressor cutting in and out.
