Two farmer's wives looking for peace and quiet - this was the PERFECT little hide-a-way! Our 2 nights spent at McCaffrey's Cottage was just wonderful. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay for a relaxing and peaceful few days. The small touches were really appreciated - cheese & biscuits with a bottle of wine on our arrival late Friday afternoon, a warm fireplace, electric blankets and comfortable bed with the best pillows!,... We stayed at McCaffrey Cottage on a girls weekend in the lovely southern vales, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and wineries not too far away too. McCaffrey was historic, quaint and cosy.
