The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure every question was answered. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. “Fabulous gem of a place”

We have stayed at many Hiltons, and this one rates tops. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, and clean. The location was convenient to the highway and attractions. The complimentary breakfast was the most abundant that I have sampled.

“Great hotel”

Great hotel. I'm not saying it's perfect but it's REALLY good. Would highly recommend especially if with your family. Really liked the location since so many nice restaurants surround the hotel that are within 1 minute of your stay. Lobby area is extremely nice and the breakfast was also surprisingly well kept and good.

A great stop off on the I-271 on way to Cincinnati. Extremely convenient, clean, updated decor, excellent complimentary breakfast. Considering it is close to the Interstate it was extremely quiet. Stayed here for three nights. It is a nice clean hotel. Parking is well lit. All staff from front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning crew - all curteous and helpful. Easy to get to Case Western Reserve University
