We stayed there on our way through Cleveland on a road trip. Hotel pics are deceiving- believe me- I was fooled. Just very dirty, bad upkeep, and I actually didn't feel some of our belongings were safe at times. Bed bugs....I sat on the bed and start iching it was bed bugs....the carpet was so old the bugs were in it too. Do not go barefoot in the room. There was a condom under the mattress and still is..... Striaght to the facts: Lobby smelled very nasty.....Looked scary too. Had to go outside to elavator to go up to your room.(no inside excess). The only positive thing was it's location. The staffs appearance not clean nor tidy, as with the lobby. The place is OLD, smells OLD looks OLD and is old.
