Feedback my complaint. 1. I told them I needed lower floor and they said it was $10 more (never heard of this) I told them I had arthritic knees, they said too bad $10 extra. We refused and I walked 2 flights of stairs to a room that smelled moldy, was dirty, bathroom and carpet were dirty and the air conditioner also smelled. Mention this the next morning and the clerk just shrugged his shoulders. No response, apology or anything. This place was horrible not up to Super 8 standards. The bananas for breakfast the next morning had black spots and looked old. Didnt eat there. Terrible place, and both the evening and day clerks had bad attitudes. more
