The Hampton Inn is in a great location in downtown Cleveland. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. It's a big hotel (more than 15 floors) and it was full, so the breakfast area was very busy. The staff had trouble keeping up with the demand of the breakfast crush. We'd go back though. more
