I agree with several other posters - it was not great, but not horrible. One thing I will say right off the bat: This hotel had been classified on other websites as a 3.5 or 4 star hotel. That would be overly generous, in my opinion. 2.5 to 3, maybe. If you want peace and quiet, don't stay here. The... more

This is a decent hotel for the most part. The staff wavered between being helpful and stand-offish. My major complaint lies with my room though. The A/C was broken and made some god-awful noises during my stay. My bathroom was horribly dirty and in need of some major cleaning. The rest of the room was comfortable enough, although the sleep... more

2 girlfriends and myself booked a room because we were going to a concert nearby. The hotel staff gave us the wrong directions to the concert to begin with. We went to the concert then partied a bit. Went back to the hotel and went to sleep. When I woke up I noticed there was dried up blood on the... more

My friend and I stayed at the Radisson for one night in late July. We were there for two Cleveland Indians baseball games. We picked this hotel because it is within walking distance to the baseball park. We arrived on a Tuesday around 2pm. It's in the downtown area so parking on the street is limited. We booked a room... more

August 2007. My wife and I did a little baseball trip to Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Saw the Tigers for two in Cleveland and the Mets and Phillies play the Pirates. Had stayed at the Radisson the previous August 2006 to see the Tigers and Blue Jays play the Indians. A block fom the left field gate. Good location for both... more

I was a little worried about reading everyone elses reviews, but decided to stick with this hotel, since it was the closest to the Q. I got my fiance 8th row tickets to a Cavs game for Xmas, so we stayed at this hotel for the weekend night, so we didnt have to drive all the way home. We checked... more

The Radisson is located directly across from Quicken Loans arena and Jacobs Field, and a very short distance from Tower City Mall. We came to Cleveland for an ALCS Game. We didn't expect much in Cleveland, and...well...even then we were disappointed. Kind of a depressing city, and even the "nice" areas were not particularly impressive. In any case, the best... more

Normally when I walk into a hotel after getting off of a long flight and cab ride from the airport, I expect to be greeted courteously. Instead, I had the guy ask me from across the lobby my name. Asked me for a credit card, then handed me my room key without saying another word. He didn't even bother telling... more

Terrific hotel at a great value. Building is well-maintained, the night staff were courteous and efficient. Self-parking directly across the street was only $7 overnight. Easy walk to most major downtown sites. Strongly recommend as the best way to see Cleveland! more
