We had a great time in Columbus until we got to this Holiday Inn. The hotel is new now but will probably be a dump by this time next year. The staff is completely incompetent. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5:30 p.m. (check-in is at 3:00 and the place was practically empty) and it got worse from... more
There are at least ten hotels/motels in the general area and I've stayed at most of them over the years, until now preferring the Marriott Courtyard near I-270. However, this brand new Holiday Inn has won me over. Lovely rooms and attentive staff. Nice lobby bar with a lively crowd. Close to I-70. This is the best business travel hotel... more
Very close to I-70. Wonderful new hotel. Restaurant in this hotel. Great breakfast. Each booth has it's own TV (fun). Bed and pillows were great! GREAT shower! Staff wonderful. A little hard to find as the street name was recently changed so be patient. If your GPS was recently updated the street should be there, our GPS updated in Sept.... more
