I thought we needed to be able to walk to a week's worth of meetings in the area. It would have been far better to stay away from the location and drive in. Parking is ample and reasonable elsewhere. First, the good. The valet staff is pretty good, and deliver your vehicle in a timely fashion. They had a Wednesday... more

When I booked my trip, I divided the two nights among two different Marriotts in Columbus - the one in the Northwest and this one, due to proximity to where I needed to be. I was surprised that this one was cheaper than the one I thought to be out of town, but I soon learned why. The Northwest Marriott... more

This is your average pre-redesign Courtyard. The rooms are perfectly comfortable, but the furnishings are worn and look to be of 90s vintage. Very, very strangely, you can't get to the elevators in this hotel without going up or down a flight of stairs, which was a pain when we had luggage. Fantastic water pressure, one of the nicest showers... more

I booked this hotel via Priceline.com while visiting Columbus for a sporting event. The hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Columbus. The hotel was very clean and modern. The room had your basics, such as a comfortable bed, flat screen tv, free internet, and a rather spacious bathroom. The hotel staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the... more

This is a really great place with BIG ROOMS!! That was one of the best parts. I was here Sun. thru Wed. Ryan is probably the most friendly and helpful bellhop in the trade. Nearly everyone speaks English. The value was good at $140 a night. It's within walking distance of everything you need downtown. The WiFi worked great, which... more

Stayed at the Courtyard for one night in December for a business meeting in a nearby location. Only 15 minutes from airport. Check-in was easy and the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants that deliver (no room service to my knowledge). Room was pretty basic. Flat-panel TV. Free wireless Internet. Bed comfort was adequate. Bathroom was pretty big for... more

i had an interview in columbus, and got a decent deal on priceline. the staff was very warm and friendly. the room was very basic, but clean. the woman at the front desk upgraded me to a "platform room." all that meant was the desk area was located in a separate area a step up above from the rest of... more

I often stay at Marriott Courtyard when I travel, and that's the main reason that I chose this hotel. I consider this hotel to be above average when compared to other Courtyard properties. The room I had was quite a bit larger than I expected and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.... more

Front Desk - Courteous! Internet Station - A bit slow but always with pen and paper available. Pool - Lousy view but the pool is nice. hot tub was being repaired. Layout - Easy to navigate, sensible access. Food - Standard Marriott fare combined with friendly staff. Room - Well equipped with another good Marriott bed. Downside - Lower levels... more

Another stay at the Courtyard for the July 3rd for the downtown fireworks. Again this hotel was a great location. The parade ended at the hotel, so we just walked outside to see it. Then we came back into the room and ate, then walked straight down Spring Street for the fireworks. The room didn't have the extra towels in... more
