I loved everything about this property. The outside was clean and nicely landscaped, the inside was very clean. The breakfast area was large, nice selection of continental type items. I would highly recommend staying here! The place is great and has great food, staff, location, rooms, bkfst, etc. It is in a great location, close to shopping & restaurants of various types. We are 4 English couples and stayed here for 3 nights for our sons wedding on 4th July. I cannot praise this hotel too high, we were charged $89 a night including breakfast - the rooms were spacious, clean and very, very comfortable. Great staff, rooms, and rates! I now try and stay at Hyatt Places everywhere I travel. This was the first Hyatt Place I've ever stayed at and it sold me. The breakfast is pretty good too. Nothing bad to report. The 42" flat screen, comfortable bed, and the modern clean decor are some of my favorites things about these hotels.... more

We really enjoy this hotel. We have stayed here numerous times as we travel to Columbus many times a year for cattle shows. Our group include ages 57-2. The pool is nice in the summer. The there are plenty of places to eat in close distance and even in walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful. more

Stayed the weekend with friends going to watch the OHSAA Boys State games. Staff was friendly and check in/out easy. Even though the hotel was booked full plenty of breakfast was available. The only minor issue is that the bathrooms are small but the rest more than makes up fot it. more

We stayed as a stopover and endured an aggressively rude young lady working the desk on check out - she refused to switch the charge from my card to my wife's until i demanded to see the manager, who was very cool - i'll just hit the one in Dublin next time more
