I had high expectations for my overnight stay at the Hyatt. I have been to this hotel many times for business functions, but this was my first time staying in a sleeping room. First of all, the room was not updated, it was relatively small, and lacked any type of wow factor, given the hotel's great reputation. The TV was... more

I stayed here for a convention downtown. Got a great price on priceline. $45 before fees. Even though you have to pay to park, (there is a connected underground garage with an elevator past the capitol square shops off the lobby) You can enter near town street and 3rd ave. The beds were so comfortable and a large well stocked... more

For a 4 star hotel I would have expected a cleaner room. The drinking glasses were not washed, there was dried toothpaste stains in one of them. There was some mysterious black stain on the bottom sheet and a lamp in the room wouldn't work. You have to pay for everything, parking is $24/day for valet, wireless is $10/day, and... more

I was in Columbus for business and this hotel was located perfectly for me. All of the staff were very attentive and were very helpful. The sports bar is not great but the food itself was good and priced reasonable for a Hyatt. The rooms were nice and clean and I had a nice view. Overall, I would stay there... more

Regular guest, normally book via hotwire or similar. Rooms are nice, updated, common areas are clean, and the staff is great. Nice work out facility, high end restaurant, and a average sports bar. Only down side, is hotel is a little farter from nightlife, restaurants/ areana district than other hyatt, but much nicer property for value. more

My husband and I stayed in this hotel last weekend, for $48 a night on Priceline. We met there so we parked in the adjacent parking garage for $23 each from Friday evening till Sunday at noon. It's very easy to find if you just drive around the block after seeing the valet. I agree with the other reviewers that... more

We stayed here for one night- Jan. 17, 2009 - for a wedding. Our room was nice, and pretty roomy for a king bed. It had the typical Hyatt bedding and pillows, very comfortable. It was weird that the bed didn't face the tv. They also provided only one robe in the room, which was strange. You would think they... more

I booked for $45 on priceline to stay for one night to see TransSiberian Orchestra. Our stay was great. The staff was really great. After the concert when we came back to our room there were chocolates and our bed was turned down. It was great. They even ran the shuttle for us so we didnt have to pay for... more
