The rooms are attractive and the location is excellent. But the from-other-room noise in my room(s) wrecked my stay. My initial room was part of a three room suite (I was traveling alone and had not requested any connecting accommodations). As I staggered, exhausted into my room at 10PM - I could clearly hear the phone conversation in one room... More

Friendly staff, nice beds, decent sized rooms and good capitol view. The property was recently updated but need more upgrades. The shower is impossible to turn on. The front desk said they get 20 calls per day. You have to pull the handle straight out even though you think you are going to rip the handle out of the wall.

This hotel was recently renovated and I love the updates. Great decor, really comfy bed, full-size Starbucks in the lobby. Front desk staff was really helpful as well. There's a CVS and a Subway just a block away, and of course the Capitol building is right there, too.

Great location. AM hot water is a challenge on lower floors. $10 per day WIFI should be a thing of the past. Valet parking only adds to your cost. Ice machine may/may not be working. Staff is accommodating.

This hotel, across from the Capitol Building in Columbus, is ideally located for business or travel. The parking was easy, the checkin was efficient, the hotel room was spacious and well kept. This is a superb choice when visiting Columbus.

House keeping in this hotel definitely needs an over haul. We are talking about a Sheraton Hotel. I would expect at least the room to be clean. With that said they also charge 10 a day for Internet. Ridiculous! A Super 8 Has higher standards.

very good location - just one block from the state capitol. plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. within easy walking distance. check in was friendly and efficient. room was spacious. in general, room was generally clean - however it appeared that the room had not been dusted anytime recently . all flat surfaces seemed to have a layer of dust. needed...
