Red substance on bathroom walls and door. Cleaned off most of it but couldn,t get it all. Dirt hanging from ceiling fan, I cleaned everything. Good: Breakfast, room was comfortable w/kitchen, value! Bad: Needs repairs - railing shaky, toilet ran.

we checked in went to look at rooms and they put us in a room where you couldn't even sit on the couch it was all broke down it just screamed DIRTY... we DID not stay, we looked at another room it was just as bad neither room felt clean, this place was so run down

Good value for the money, and worth it for a short stay. Good location, but property needs work. Broken hand rail on the steps to second unit. Ask for a room away from the pool/basket ball area. Kids were out playing around until after midnight.

I was disappointed with the condition of this hotel. We had stayed at another Hawthorn Suites in Columbus and loved it - nicely maintained, clean, lovely.
