“Great business stay”

Enjoyed our stay - fresh breakfast, great coffee. I worked in the room while my husband went to seminar at another location. We enjoyed a walk each morning as the location of the hotel is very safe. It is also very close to shopping and great restaurants.

“Very relaxing an helpful staff”

I stayed just one night. Very nice accommodations and helpful staff. A purchased breakfast in the AM was efficient and satisfying. Hostess served me coffee with a smile and pleasant greeting. I needed directions for some clothes shopping and they directed me to Tuttle Mall.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were fantastic helping with local directions, making suggestions for area shopping and making sure all needs were met. Breakfast service was fast and the food fresh.

“Nice Friendly Spot”

Hotel and staff are very nice. Sound insulation could use some improvement. Rooms are very clean and the food was above average. The parking is ok but the doors are not very well lite going in at night. Overall it is a very nice place to stay on the north side of Columbus.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. The room was in poor condition, the pool was had too much chlorine, which caused our eyes to burn (we weren't even swimming) and our kids to have coughing issues. Stayed at this property this past weekend and had a good experience overall. Lobby was nicely appointed and front desk staff very friendly on arrival. The room was clean with a fresh scent. “Excellent rating is for the people and the egg white veggie omelette”

“Noise levels, bathroom plumbing issues, poor food quality...”

I upped my room to include breakfast for an additional $10 a night ONLY to discover it would have been cheaper pay for it in the restaurant! FOOD was NOT worthy of a Hilton at all. Dinner was less than a Bob Evans or similar restaurant... Dissapointed....

I had a seminar at a hotel nearby and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was very friendly, as well as the restaurant staff at breakfast, room was clean, had no problems, would stay again. The breakfast was good, with made to order omlets
