My fiancee and I went to the Lake Erie Lodge last night and, i kid you not, it was the night from hell! When we called to reserve the automated line said that they had a pool, air conditioned rooms etc. When we arrived it turns out that that the pool is out of service. We paid for a single room and when we got into the room it was nasty! And the freaking air conditioner didn't even work! The floor hadn't even been vacuumed! When we went to check the bathroom that hadn't been swept OR mopped! And on top of that the bathtub was DIRTY! I mean FILTHY! Like it hadn't been cleaned in 2 months! so I kindly called the front desk to see what they could do to fix the problem and the woman there said that we could check out 2 other rooms and see which one we liked better. So off we go to find the new room. The first room was decent although it didn't have A/C either! We didn't want to make any hasty decisions so we checked the other room too.
