I checked in today and have a complaint. I'll start with the good. Lobby I stayed here years ago when they were going through extensive renovation. We had a great stay at the hotel. Service, amenities, food all great. Had a small problem with an inadvertant fire alarm at 4am one morning. Other than that, no problem-things happen. Staff was couretous and friendly at all times. This was the second stay for us at this hotel. Definitely reccomend it to others. more

If you have business at Wright State University, this is a good place to stay. It is a ten minute walk to the campus and if you have a car, close to a couple of chain restaurants. Went there on business in 05/2007. It was So-So. The staff was very friendly and helpful... I did not appreciate that the alarm clock was set (and went off at) 5:30 am and the shower drain was very slow. Not happy with the room service that allowed this. Rug had a stain. Oh well.... a mediocre experience. more
