well the lobbys pretty , staff was nice , breakfast ok, small breakfast area, rooms seemed old and not half as nice as the hotel looks or the lobby area ? the rooms seem like they shouldnt go with this hotel. real old and needs a good cleaning and better blankets. probley would try a diff. hotel next time. more

Stayed for two nights recently at this hotel for business. The usual suspect -- Hampton Inn -- was full. The hotel was "something else" before it was a Best Western. It's an older structure, but the new management has done a nice job of keeping it clean. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean and well kept.... more

Nice hotel with indoor swimming pool. It is very close to the mall and easy access to downtown. We came for a wedding and the staff was friendly with our large group. more

We stayed here one night while in town for a wedding in the suburbs. Hotel is right off the interstate, next to a Cracker Barrel. Very close to stores, a wide range of food places, and a large mall is right across the interstate bridge. An easy 15-20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati attractions like the museum center. I stayed here for my wedding night...we would have picked somewhere nicer but we had a 2 week honeymoon coming up and did not really care. When we arrived the person who checked us in was not very friendly. He looked irritated or something. We were still in our wedding clothes and he did not say congradulations...actually he did not... more

Without a doubt the rudest desk staff I have ever met at any hotel. The property was fine, but I would never return here because of this experience. more
