We arrived in Louisville early, went to the motel to see if we could check in early. Was told there was a $30 charge for that, but that they had no reservations for us. The desk clerk offered NO help -- didn't offer to call the Super 8 offices -- we had to do that ourselves from in-town Louisville.
Once we DID check in, everything went much better. The hotel is new, off the road so it's quiet, yet convenient to I-64 E and W.
