The Restaurant here serves really good food. The ambiance is cool. However, the ongoing musical renditions at the restaurant may work as a deterrent for some people. The service at rush hour appears a tad slow. On an overall consideration, it is value for money. Try their caramel custard, it is just heavenly.

I have been staying in this cosy hotel for the last 4 years and it is Home away from home and I feel it to be my own. The staff is very friendly and greet me with a smile and I get my type of food when ever I want. I wish them tons of success always.

I stayed in Pragati Manor on a couple of occasions, both times for two days; my experience pretty similar in both occasions. Stay is comfortable, average service, stale breakfast - thats an overall summary. I will recommend this hotel for an average business traveller, but if you are there for longer duration, you will have to think twice.
