“Very scenic though”

We booked 1 BR room and was really surprised to see the condition of the room. I was told that it was the first few properties acquired by CM. Bathrooms were renovated though. Never been refurbished. Now i believe they have started the renovation.the food n staff were excellent.

“My kids really enjoyed”

I was here with my kids in starting it really terribly chilling atmosphere but the hotels is very cozy and warming environment from inside the hotel staff is very humble chef's presentations made my kids birthday a very wonderful celebrations with other guests also overall it was. Great stay ....

The best place to stay in manali got gud management in hotel the staff was very courteous and helpful in snowfall the activity part was very entertaining chefs always keep on asking about health and food the service manager were very polite the only thing we should say that club mahindra should maintain the roads nearby the hotel premises

“Bad experience on Feb 2012”

The hotel staff welcome us by stealing our bottle of whisky but the manager protect his staff and refused that the case like this never happen. Until we proof that his staff did it, the manager did not give any good solution to us. He just said sorry and that staff were temporarily suspended and offering us a sandwich. But... More

“Very Expensive Hotel”

If you have very much money to spend then you can spend by taking this hotel by my recommendation is half of the money of this one can get best hotel in kullu. Service and location wise perfectly ok. Most the customer in this hotel are foreigner.

i was stay 6n 27feb to 5 march and i boring the travel desk is very gooood,but hotel is very poor food and all tv i have ask 10 times at hotel man for room for view of moutains and thay not provied me to moutains view room, a very bad experience but, housekeeping is very goood .

I am not a club Mahindra member instead I had made the booking by using the complimentary voucher that they had provided for attending their marketing presentation.
