The food is extremely good. The rooms are all sea facing but try to avoid the ground floor rooms in front of the kitchen/eating place. Maintenance is very very poor. There was constant problem with the AC in one of the rooms and it was not fixed. Food was good and the waiters were very well behaved. Location is great but the hotel needs a serious make over soon. This was my 3rd visit in Dreamland Puri and it was quite disappointing.
