I was with my family in RL hotel puri from 19th to 22nd March 2013.the overall performance is good,specially the location of the hotel is nice.some problems are :- The lift was not working in Noon and evening,and the room service is very poor, hope that it'll be better in next time,but the behaviour of staff is nice.
Location wise excellent,rooms are small,average service.Sleeping quality was average.Although resesionable fare.Restaurant service is good with average quality of food.They also had elevator service and sound proof generator facility also.And travel service also was there.Behavior of the staffs were also nice.

one of the worst room service...and location wise also not cost worth...after staying here ..i searched other hotel for my rest of stay and found puri hotel is most reputed....and lee garden for delecious dish....etc...
