It was a good stay at Rockbay. The missing areas are the maintenance of doors which need immediate attention. Rooms need proper sanitation as they smell due to lack of ventilation . Cockroaches are many and it is bad. There needs to be aproper revamp of the hotel or else this good property is going on waste.
