Nice place, very good staff, location means a car is very handy. Note, a google map search is completely wrong, nowhere near actual location. Good thing is once you get to Hersonissos, it is signed well. Only complaint is beds are terrible, bed in 1 brm lumpy and hard, hide-a-bed in living room is broken and worn out. This is a time share resort that is extremely welcoming and well run and we arranged our stay using the RCI membership scheme. The only problem was the sleeper couch it was the most uncomfortable sleeper couch I ever slept on. We could on find a four beds available through RCI so we took it, but we ended on that dreaded couch. They should up grade their sofas, as everything else was definately up market. more

This had been the most fantastic hotel we have ever been in. We had a 1-room apartment, fully equipmed kitchen, cd-player, dvd-player and TV. Hairdryer, free safe, dishwasher, irioning. Went Aug 09. Half hour taxi from the airport 35 euros. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, kitchen good all equipment we needed. Pool fantastic, plenty of comfortable sun beds and parasols. Hotel staff very friendly and obliging. Went with a 14 year old and an 11 year old and they enjoyed it. The site shop is a bit expensive.... more

We spent a week in a one bedroom villa at the Village Heights Golf Resort in August. Our room was situated in the lower portion of the resort which was very calm and quiet. Stayed here in 2007, huge complex but nice. Staff are friendly, strange thing is the guests don't really mix well, seemed to be a funny athmosphere, probably something to do with the comings and goings of the timeshare. I would like to warn people off getting sucked into something that they may regret. We were conned into it last year... more

Watch out when arriving at the airport in crete we got ambushed into the nearest taxi while a yob of angry taxi drivers, arguing over which one would take the most money from us ( in greek of course, but i guessed) it should have cost about 30 euros but he charged us 40 euros, what a rip off !... more
