A really nice hotel. The only thing that was bothering me was the noice of a washing mashine in the mornings. We had the room next to cleaners storage. The location is aswome, close to everithing, well Longyearbyen is not that big. more

It is difficult to judge this hotel only by quality of accommodation. If this one was situated anywhere else in the world it would be just another mid range hotel, but here at northern end of the world things are little different. Did a Solo trip to see the summer Artic and stayed here for a few nights. Beautiful view from hotel - especially in the midnight sun. Woken the 1st morning by a reindeer lowing outside my window! Warm and cozy and right in the centre of Longyearbyen. Very expensive - but this is Norway. Food was beautiful. more
