“Disgrace - travelodge should be ashamed”

Just returned from a one night stay here. All I can say is its terrible. Reception area was poor. Our room was at the rear of the hotel which was good as there was no motorway noise. The room, although relatively clean was disgraceful. The decor was extremely tired The room had obviously been a family room at some point... More

“If this hotel was an airline it would be "Ryan Air"”

Location wise, the hotel is ideal for a late overnight stop and early start, just off the A1(M). Unfortunately, our stay was on the hottest day in May so far, so the room was very hot all night, as there was no air con and the window only opened a some amount which hardly let any air in.
