This B&B is well located on the Sea Front, close to the Pier where there are both normal and quirky amusements, a few cafe's with outdoor seating and service and shops selling a wide range of goods. Lovely B&B in restored Victorian House. Friendly landlady offering comfortable accommodation and tasty breakfast - no issue with special dietary requirements. Breakfast is at a communal table and offered within a short period, otherwise everything is great. Our room - no 1 - had a super four posted bed with fabulous sea views - just across the road.
