Cant fault the English Rose we will be back, we will recommend to all our family and friends, great location, very clean, Malcolm and Tracy are great people just like to say thanks and we will see you in the summer.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting relatives in Bexhill. We had a large room on the second floor-it had everything we needed including a tv that came out of the end of the bed! The English Rose is a very comfortable, warm and cosy B&B. Malcolm and Tracy are very accommodating and friendly proprietors. I stayed in a single room that had everything I needed and more. I was very impressed with the fruit bowl and complimentary water. The room and surrounding areas were spotless! The breakfast was plentiful and very yummy.
