Deceived into booking by the 4 Stars on net website http://www.4hotels.co.uk. This hotel does not have any Tourist Board Stars. The hotel was what we thought it would be a very old converted building, attractive and in keeping with the area. It is on a road but during our two night stay the traffic did not bother us at all. The room was spacious and had tea and coffee making facilities but does need at the very least their bathrooms... more

We had an excellent time at this hotel. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Staff was very friendly. Location was fantastic for area. Travelling with our two small children, we had a family room which was nice. Would definately recommend. more
